There is no upfront fee to have Worth Search recruit for your roles. We manage the full recruitment life cycle and charge a percentage of the candidate’s compensation after they’ve successfully performed in the role for 90 days.
This is a hybrid model of contingency search and retained search that allow startups to lock in an exclusive partner for a strategic or sensitive role without having to pay the large upfront sums of the traditional retained search model. This is a bespoke option where a percentage of the estimated placement fee is paid upfront and exclusivity is agreed to between the parties.
