Areas of Practice
Contingency Search
There is no upfront fee to have Worth Search recruit for your roles. We manage the full recruitment life cycle and charge a percentage of the candidate’s compensation. All placements are guaranteed for 90 days.
Container Search
This is a hybrid model of contingency search and retained search that allow startups to lock in an exclusive partner for a strategic or sensitive role. This is a bespoke option where a percentage of the estimated placement fee is paid upfront and exclusivity is agreed to between the parties.
Retained search
Traditional executive search model. All retained searches are exclusive to Worth Search. The cost of the search is agreed upon before the role kicks off. Payments are based on either time or progress milestones.
